The?Human Resource?and Development (HRD) Ministry is under consideration to set up offline?test centre?in Hyderabad for?JEE Main 2014. JEE Main 2014 will be conducted in April 2014 andHyderabad?sees high number of applicants.
The city currently has online test centre (Online?Mode) for?JEE Main?which is available since year 2012, but online mode saw no takers. Last year, thousands of students had to go to nearby cities to appear in Offline mode of JEE Main.
In the previous year, around 70000 students were forced to go to nearby cities like Warangal, Khammam, Guntur etc to appear in?JEE Main. This process has caused serious loss to many students as it caused traffic jams and accommodation problems. In year 2012, in a similar situation, many students got stucked in traffic jams and missed the test at Warangal centre because of heavy influx of students on the exam day of JEE Main (Previously AIEEE).
JEE Advanced 2014?Information Brochure?and Important Dates are already released. The?JEE Main Exam?for 2014 will be conducted on 06 April 2014 and the result for same will be announced on 03 May 2014.?
